UNISORB® Calculators & Tools

Need a simple calculation to determine wich UNISORB product you need? The calculators on this page allow for quick and easy calculations for your machine tools and installations.

Calculate Grout for Core Drilled Holes

Use the calculator below to estimate the amount of grout you’ll need for core drilled holes. Never try to order the exact amount of needed grout; include a margin of safety. The perfect amount of grout will allow you to finish your job with a small amount left over. Remember, it’s better to be 1 cubic yard over than 1 cubic yard short.

To use the calculator below, first select the type of hole needed to be filled (round, square, or other). Next, fill in the diameter and depth in inches. Finally, add your quantity. When you’re ready, click Calculate.

If you would like, add multiple calculations by going through the steps again and ending by clicking the Calculate button. If you’d like to start from scratch, just click Reset.

Your results will show how many cubic feet and cubic inches of grout you’ll need. You’ll also see how many grout kits or bags you’ll need, depending on the type of grout used (Standard, Deep Pour, or Non-Shrink).
