UNISORB® CR Hi-Flow™ V-100® Epoxy Grout

A two component, 100% solids epoxy resin system specifically developed for crane rail and other extraordinarily severe applications where exposure to extreme loads, elevated temperature and high humidity shortens the service life of other grouting materials.

CR Hi-Flow™ V-100® Epoxy Grout is formulated to be very flowable for ease of placement under long rails or machine bases. Typical pour cross sections range from 1/4" to 2". The material is shipped in an easily mixed two part kit.

After curing, CR Hi-Flow™ V-100® is impervious to water and sea water, allowing it to be used in total submersion without affecting its operational functions. It is resistant to most fuels, oils, and absorbtion of chemical solutions, making it ideal for heavy industrial use outdoors. It offers the same features of our other V-100® Epoxy Grouts, i.e., high strength, ease of mixing, self leveling and fast cure.
